The story behind our humble beginnings

About Rich Beginners – We Have Been Broke Too

Just want to be honest with you guys.

Nobody teaches you about proper money matters growing up. School doesn’t cover it. Your parents probably didn’t either. And by the time you realize you need to figure it out — you’re already behind on bills, stressed about debt, and wondering where your pay check disappeared to.

Sound familiar?

That’s exactly why Rich Beginners exists.

Our Story – Why We Started This Blog

A few years ago we were just like you.

Confused about money, and waiting for that pay check every month. Googling “how to save money” at 2am and ending up more confused than when we started.

Every finance website we found was either written by Wall Street types who assumed you already had $50,000 to invest or full of advice so complicated it might as well have been written in a foreign language.

We thought there has to be a better way.

So we started Rich Beginners, why not it be us

No fancy credentials, Just being real, honest money advice written in plain English for people who are starting from zero just like we were.

What Rich Beginners Is All About

We Keep It Simple

We believe that managing money doesn’t have to be rocket science. Every single article on this blog is written so that anyone, regardless of income, background or education can understand it, apply it and actually benefit from it.

If we can’t explain something simply, we don’t publish it.

We only write blogs on our experiences and first hand knowledge of that matter.

We Keep It Real

You won’t find any get rich quick schemes here. No “make $10,000 overnight” nonsense. Just honest, practical advice that takes real effort and real time, but actually works.

We share both the wins and the struggles because that’s what real financial journeys look like.

We Keep It Relevant

Everything we write is specifically for Americans dealing with real American financial situations like credit card debt, student loans, rising costs of living, side hustles and building savings on a tight budget.
